Actively support capability’s leaders in developing strong teams and facilitating initiatives to drive organizational alignment, team member engagement, learning, career development, rewards and recognition aimed to deliver on overall corporate strategy, growth and vision.
The role also includes facilitating strategic organizational design working directly with senior leaders up to and including the Operating Committee and the CEO.
Responsible for developing, creating and implementing all global talent strategies from acquisition to development, employee engagement, workforce planning and executive leadership programs across employee base in all 4 countries The KPI Institute operates.
